You can request a return directly online, quickly and independently. To make a return, simply fill out the form below, completing all the required fields, and click the “SUBMIT” button. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided, confirming that your request has been received. After filling out the form, contact us directly on WhatsApp to complete the return procedure. Please keep your order number handy: this will allow our Customer Service team to process your request more quickly.

SUMMARY INFORMATION ON RETURN OF GOODS
  • The first shipment for a return or exchange is free of charge (this applies to the Customer’s first return, not to the Product), except for promotional or discounted items.
  • Any second return or exchange is at the Customer’s expense (€10 for courier collection from the Customer’s address, or the Customer may arrange shipping independently).
  • Promotional or sale items may be returned or exchanged, but shipping costs are always borne by the Customer.
  • Returns or exchanges must be requested in advance and no later than 14 days after receipt of the parcel.
  • For promotional or seasonal sale items, returns or exchanges are permitted, but the items must be shipped back within 2 days of receipt of the parcel.
  • An exchange may only be requested once for the same product.
  • Items must not have been worn and must be returned with their original tags attached.
  • Items must be carefully packed and returned using suitable packaging.
  • Returned items will be inspected, and a refund or exchange will only be processed after the inspection has been completed.
  • The Customer must send returned products to the following address: VASO srl, Via Cellini 5, 20038 Busto Garolfo (MI), Italy.

REFUND METHOD

Once we have received the goods and verified their integrity, we will refund you via the payment method selected during the order phase within 10 working days of the notice of withdrawal.
