RETURN INFORMATION
You can request a return directly online in complete autonomy. Making a return is simple and fast: just fill out the form below with all the required fields and click the “SEND” button. You will receive an email at the address you provided as confirmation that your return request has been received. Afterwards, our Customer Service will contact you to complete the return or inform you about the status of your request.
SUMMARY INFORMATION ON RETURNS
- The first shipment for an exchange is free (first customer return, not product-specific), except for promotional or discounted products.
- For promotional or seasonal sale products, returns are possible, but shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.
- Items must not have been worn and must be returned with the original tag attached.
- Items must be carefully packaged and sent back in appropriate packaging.
- Returned items will be inspected, and only after inspection will a refund or exchange be processed.
- The second return is the customer’s responsibility (courier to home €10 or self-shipping).
- The customer must send returned products to the following address: VASO srl, Via Cellini 5, Busto Garolfo (MI), ZIP 20038.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchanges are allowed only after communication, within 14 days of receiving the package.
- An exchange can be made only once for the same product.

REFUND METHOD
Once the items are received and their integrity verified, we will process the refund within 10 working days from the communication of withdrawal, using the payment method selected at the time of the order.
If the customer only needs to exchange the size, the return will be free of charge.
