HOW TO PURCHASES ON OUR SITE

Purchases made on the Vaso srl website are governed by Italian law on mail order sales.
The products presented on the website are all available for immediate delivery. However, the Customer acknowledges the remote possibility that, at the time of placing the order, they may no longer be available or on sale.

In this case, after sending the order confirmation email, we will notify the Customer via a new email and the order will be considered cancelled.
It is also specified that any offers relating to the products on the site are valid exclusively for online purchases.

Furthermore, we guarantee that the products delivered are identical to those on the site.
Any obvious defects must be reported by the Customer no later than 5 (FIVE) days from the date of delivery of the new product.

We accept payments via BANK TRANSFER, CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, or Klarna.

Shipping will be made as soon as the actual payment is received and will be notified via email.
It will be possible to monitor the status of the Shipment directly to the courier's website using the code that will be sent by the carrier via SMS after the order is placed.

Please provide an address where someone will always be present to receive the package.
The surname must match the one on the doorbell.
In fact, if the courier cannot find the name, the package will be returned to the sender as "unknown address".

Please also include your telephone number.
Always include your postal code.

DELIVERY TIMES

2/3 business days – ordinary parcels in Italy.
5/7 days abroad (NOT EXTRA EU).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – TERMS

If the Customer changes his/her mind, he/she may exercise the right of withdrawal (in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999) by returning the purchased product and requesting a replacement or refund.

The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons acting for purposes not related to their professional activity.
Therefore, purchases made for purposes related to one's professional activity by retailers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending the returned products within 14 (fourteen) working days of receiving the goods.
Within 14 (fourteen) working days of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to ship the returned products to the following address:

The products being returned must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered, with the label still attached.

Furthermore, please note that under no circumstances will cash on delivery or freight collect packages be collected.

Please specify your bank account information by email to info@vasofashion.it so that we can credit the amount via bank transfer.

REFUND METHODS

Once we have received the goods and verified their integrity, we will proceed, within 10 (ten) working days of the communication in which the Customer expressed his/her desire to Exercise the right of withdrawal and request a refund using the payment method selected during the order process.

If the customer only needs a size exchange, the return will be free of charge.

SUMMARY INFORMATION ON RETURNS

  • The first shipment for exchanges is free, with the exception of promotional products (with any cost reduction from the price (whole item).

  • Garments must be unworn and returned with the original tag.

  • Garments must be carefully packaged and returned in appropriate packaging.

  • Returned items will be inspected, and only after inspection will a refund or exchange be issued.

  • The second return is the customer's responsibility (home delivery €10 or return by post or your own courier).
