SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Shipping times

Orders are processed and shipped within 24/48 business hours of receiving cleared payment.
Average delivery times are:

  • 2/3 business days for shipments within Italy (ordinary parcel);

  • 5/7 business days for shipments abroad (NOT EXTRA EU).

You will be notified of your shipment via a confirmation email containing the order details.
You will also receive an SMS from the courier with the tracking code to monitor the status of your order at any time. Delivery.

Delivery Methods

Make sure you provide an address where someone will always be present to receive the package.
The last name entered must match the one on the doorbell.
If the courier cannot find the name, the package will be returned to the sender as "unknown address."

We recommend always providing:

  • a valid telephone number;

  • the correct postal code (ZIP code);

  • any additional notes useful to the courier (e.g., floor, intercom, delivery times (Your favorites).

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Klarna (pay in 3 installments)

Shipping will only be made after payment confirmation.

Shipment Tracking

After sending your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and an SMS from the courier with the direct link to the Tracking.
You can check the status of your shipment and the expected delivery date at any time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the package.
Any promotions or free shipping will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

Any offers or promotions on the site are valid for online purchases only and may include special shipping terms.
