SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

Shipping times

Orders are processed and shipped within 24/48 working hours of receiving actual payment.
Average delivery times are:

  • 2/3 working days for shipments to Italy (ordinary parcel);

  • 5/7 working days for shipments abroad (NO EXTRA EU).

The shipment will be notified via a confirmation email containing the order details.
You will also receive a SMS from the courier with the tracking code to monitor the delivery status at any time.

Delivery methods

Make sure you indicate an address where someone is always present to receive the package.
The surname indicated must correspond to the one on the doorbell.
If the courier cannot find the name, the package will be returned to the sender as an "unknown address".

We recommend that you always enter:

  • a valid telephone number;

  • the correct postal code (ZIP code);

  • any additional notes useful to the courier (e.g. floor, intercom, preferred delivery times).

Payments accepted

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (pay in 3 installments)

Shipping will be made only after payment confirmation.

Shipment tracking

After sending the order you will receive a shipping confirmation email and an SMS from the courier with the direct link to tracking.
You will thus be able to check the status of the shipment and the expected delivery date at any time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the package.
Any promotions or free shipping will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

Products on promotion

Any offers or promotions on the site are to be considered valid exclusively for online purchases, and may include dedicated shipping conditions.

Processing of personal data

The data provided for shipment management (name, address, telephone, email) will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
